A10 Associates, a prominent consulting firm, recently collaborated with key officials from North Dakota’s legislative and financial sectors to pass a critical bill called SB2210. This legislative measure was specifically intended to facilitate the growth of a finance client by providing comprehensive safeguards for certain retirement plan trustees.
Throughout the 2023 legislative session, A10 Associates worked in tandem with the client to present SB2210 to the North Dakota Senate, which ultimately passed the bill with resounding and unanimous support from both the Senate and the House of Representatives.
Following its successful passage through the legislative process, SB2210 was then signed into law by Governor Burgum on March 29, 2023.
