- Dr. Marci L. Hardy, PhD, MA collaborates with healthcare, industry, and non-profits, bringing over a decade of experience in scientific writing, business development, and fundraising. She bridges the gap between innovative solutions and those who need them, using an audience-first approach to deliver clear, multi-channel communications.
- Stefan Muehlbauer—Senior Advisor Finance. Mr. Muehlbauer is a financial expert with 25+ years in investment banking and public company leadership. He specializes in guiding early-stage companies through IPOs and capital raising, and his career includes roles at top German and Swiss investment banks. Since 2016, he has served as Managing Partner at Arma Communications, and as CFO of Sustainable Projects Group Inc. since 2018, he has helped drive growth in the lithium sector. Mr. Muehlbauer is fluent in English and German.
- Emily Nalven, Esq.—Senior Advisor Legal. Ms. Nalven brings 20+ years of experience advising private and public companies on corporate, IP, trademark, and employment law. She has worked across the US, Asia, and Europe and speaks Mandarin, French, and Hebrew. Licensed with the US Patent Office, NY, MA, and DC, she holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Math from Johns Hopkins and a JD from Catholic University.
- Ronald L. Walker II —Senior Advisor Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Walker is a recognized business leader with 30+ years in corporate strategy, government relations, and finance. As Founder and CEO of The Walker Group Strategic Consultants, he advises companies, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits on strategy and capital access. Appointed in 2015 as Massachusetts Secretary of Labor, he led the state to a record-low unemployment rate. He has also held senior roles at Fleet Financial Group and Sovereign Bank, earning recognition from the American Diabetes Association, UNCF, and Boston Business Journal.
