He earned a Certificate in Construction Management from Bridgewater State University and Northeastern University, further strengthening his foundation in the field. Based in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts, The Haynes Group boasts a highly skilled in-house design-build pre-construction team that collaborates closely with architects to proactively address and minimize potential issues. Mr. Haynes brings extensive expertise in integrated technologies and excels in managing feasibility studies, layouts, test-fit plans, budgets, construction drawings, and lease negotiations, making him a trusted leader in the industry.

Tiffany has over twenty years of marketing experience, working for both public and privately held companies. She is responsible for A10's online presence and achieving the companies marketing goals. Tiffany leads Arma Communications, a boutique marketing agency offering branding collateral, website support, onsite SEO, and content creation services. Arma Communications and A10 Associates work together to achieve client online branding and growth goals.

Emily Nalven Esq. has over 20 years experience advising both private and publicly traded companies on corporate matters, intellectual property and trademark issues and well as employment law. Ms. Nalven has worked extensively in the US, Asia and Europe and speaks Mandarin, French and Hebrew. Ms. Nalven is licensed with the US Patent and Trademark Office, the state of NY, the state of MA, and Washington DC. Ms. Nalven holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Math from Johns Hopkins University and a Law Degree from the Catholic University of America.

Ronald L. Walker, II is a nationally recognized business leader with over 30 years of experience in corporate strategy, government relations, banking, and finance. As Founder and CEO of The Walker Group Strategic Consultants, he provides strategic advice and access to growth capital for companies, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits. In 2015, Governor Charlie Baker appointed him as Massachusetts Secretary of Labor and Workforce Development, where he oversaw five workforce agencies and led the Commonwealth to a historic low unemployment rate of 2.8%. Mr. Walker has held senior roles at Fleet Financial Group and Sovereign Bank, and his leadership has earned recognition from the American Diabetes Association, UNCF, and Boston Business Journal.

Henry Ye is a seasoned financial professional with over 25 years of leadership experience. Mr. Ye’s innovative approach has earned him recognition for advancing both financial growth and cultural engagement. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Chinese American Culture Art Association and Honorary Chairman of U.S.A. Jiangzhe Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He received a certificate in finance from NYU Stern School of Business and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Rachel provides high-level administrative support. She establishes and maintains positive working relationships between clients and the company's administrations as well as human resources tasks.
