William McGann, Ph.D.

Dr. McGann, Ph.D is a molecular physicist specializing in magnetic resonance and excited state dynamics. He holds 27 patents and was one of the first scientists in the world to achieve optical detection of magnetic resonanse. He served as the Chief Technology Officer for the Security, Detection and Automation business at Leidos Corporation, Chief Technology Officer at L3Harris Technologies, Chief Technology Officer at General Electric Security, and the founder of Iontrak, the world's first explosives trace detection technology.  

Stefan Muehlbauer

Stefan is a seasoned financial professional with over 25 years of experience in investment banking and public company leadership. A business school graduate of the University of Miami, his career has focused on guiding early-stage companies through the complex processes of going public and raising capital. His investment banking career spans 15 years with prominent German and Swiss investment banks and investment boutiques, where he specialized in capital markets strategies for emerging companies. Mr. Muehlbauer is fluent in English and German. Since 2016, Mr. Muehlbauer has served as Managing Partner at Arma Communications, leveraging his expertise to help companies navigate IPOs, capital raising, and investor relations. Additionally, as CFO of Sustainable Projects Group Inc since 2018, he has played an instrumental role in driving the company’s growth in the emerging Lithium market.

Emily Nalven Esq. has over 20 years experience advising both private and publicly traded companies on corporate matters, intellectual property and trademark issues and well as employment law. Ms. Nalven has worked extensively in the US, Asia and Europe and speaks Mandarin, French and Hebrew. Ms. Nalven is licensed with the US Patent and Trademark Office, the state of NY, the state of MA, and Washington DC. Ms. Nalven holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Math from Johns Hopkins University and a Law Degree from the Catholic University of America.

In 2015, Governor Charlie Baker appointed him as Massachusetts Secretary of Labor and Workforce Development, where he oversaw five workforce agencies and led the Commonwealth to a historic low unemployment rate of 2.8%. Mr. Walker has held senior roles at Fleet Financial Group and Sovereign Bank, and his leadership has earned recognition from the American Diabetes Association, UNCF, and Boston Business Journal.
