  • ✅ Worked with C-suite leadership to determine ideal states for expansion.
  • ✅ Sent a custom Request for Information (RFI) to multiple states to gather site selection and incentive offers.
  • ✅ Conducted in-depth reviews of incentive packages & tax benefits from various states.
  • ✅ Traveled with the client to multiple states to assess potential sites firsthand.
  • ✅ Negotiated a competitive incentive package, securing $1.8 million in state and local funding.

In one state, we increased the original incentive offer by over 21.5%, demonstrating our ability to maximize funding opportunities for our clients.
