This expansion includes an additional 155,000 square feet of space, allowing the company to retain its existing 118 full-time employees and create 160 new jobs over the next five years.
A10 Associates played a key role in securing $1.4 million in funding to support this growth. Working closely with state and local agencies, we successfully submitted two funding applications on behalf of our client, resulting in:
$780,000 conditional loan through Advantage Maryland (pending approval)
$78,000 forgivable loan from Anne Arundel County
Eligibility for Maryland’s Job Creation Tax Credit & additional incentives
This funding will help offset project costs, ensuring the company can expand its operations while continuing to serve industries such as data centers, renewable energy, and commercial infrastructure.
Government Awareness & Advocacy
Beyond securing funding, A10 worked to raise government awareness at both the state and local levels, advocating for the project and ensuring key decision-makers understood its importance to Maryland’s infrastructure, job market, and economy.
