Jessica Beeson Tocco
Chief Executive Officer
Jessica has over a decade of unique experience working with state, federal, and international governments. She is the founder of A10 Associates and created the firm to be bipartisan, focusing on policy instead of politics with a focus on a limited number of industries: transportation, infrastructure, and technology. Jess has a very hands on approach and involves herself in all divisions.
Jim Nemec
Chief Strategy Officer
Jim Nemec is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in sales and go-to-market strategy, specializing in large-scale renewable energy projects globally. As the former Chief Revenue Officer at Blink Charging, he led strategic sales efforts, securing the world’s largest government electric vehicle contract. Prior to Blink, Jim managed federal and defense initiatives for Konica Minolta and Champion ONE, gaining extensive expertise in federal/SLED program management, contract capture, and high-revenue government projects. An Ohio University graduate, Jim is known for his results-driven approach and focus on metrics that deliver sustainable success.
Kate Countryman
President
Kate is a seasoned strategic communications professional with over 13 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in crafting narratives, landing stories in national and regional TV, print, and radio, and managing communications campaigns across various sectors.
Meghan Speidel
Chief Operating Officer
Meghan has over 15 years of experience in the private and federal healthcare sectors, specializing in government insurance programs, population health, and managed care. She has held leadership positions at national health plans and worked for a Big Four consulting firm.
Christine Callahan
Vice President of Government Affairs
Christine manages client accounts by providing customer service, tracking legislation, assisting with grant applications, and providing government affairs strategy on the local, state, and federal level. She strives to provide our clients with the best service every day to help our clients succeed.
Nicole Herendeen
Associate Vice President of Strategic Communications
Nicole supports the strategic communications team, including creating press releases, blogs, newsletters, policy papers, and social media posts. She is passionate about developing creative and compelling public affairs campaigns, helping clients elevate their profile and brand awareness, and enhancing their media engagement.
Samantha Caracciolo
Director of Policy & Research
Samantha leads the firm on Policy Strategy nationally, tracks legislation, and prepares our clients for each political cycle. Further, she oversees client research projects, grant applications, and budgetary processes. She has developed and implemented efficient systems to streamline project organization, enhance communication, and support staff training, ensuring project success for the A10 Associates team.

Haley supports the government affairs team, providing research and policy content to support our clients.
Lindsay Pletch
Executive Vice President of Internal Strategic Communications and Operations
Lindsay oversees critical functions at A10 that drive efficiency, including managing political donations, contracts, and employee operations. She leads internal marketing efforts, aligns organizational strategy with business goals, and ensures compliance while optimizing performance and company growth.
Bridgid Chandler
Vice President of Government Affairs
Bridgid supports the government affairs side of operations by tracking legislation, government funding, and public policy matters at state and local levels. She delivers actionable analysis to aid the firm in providing our clients with the best strategies for government affairs.
Rachel Fritz
Chief of Staff and Director of Human Resources
Rachel provides high-level administrative support. She establishes and maintains positive working relationships between clients and the company's administrations as well as human resources tasks.
Jacqueline Kim
Policy Researcher
Jacqueline supports the government affairs team, providing research, grant writing assistance and policy content for our clients. She also supports the strategic communications team by creating public relations content for clients.
Anna Murdock
Administrative Coordinator
Anna supports the entire A10 team by managing schedules, organizing travel and events, and maintaining the Massachusetts office. Her role involves creating client reports, managing files, and ensuring seamless logistics and operations.

Deanna is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of experience, specializing in navigating the complex landscapes of local, state, and federal government affairs. She also managed corporate communications and strategy for a financial institution. Deanna holds a Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law.
